Open Lesskeys. macOS warns that it can’t verify the app. Close the warning. On macOS Sequoia (15) and later, its button says Done⁠.
Open System Settings › Privacy & Security⁠, scroll to Security⁠, and click Open Anyway next to “Lesskeys was blocked”. Enter your Mac password.
Confirm once more when macOS asks. From then on Lesskeys opens normally.
